ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Spanning two flights, this combination floating and flying staircase utilises glass stringers and a natural oak finish to make the atrium feel open and expansive, in addition to allowing the lights from the front windows to illuminate the space. With landings lined with bolted balustrades and floating stairs’ balustrades cut to complement the unique shape of the flying stringer, which winds into the floating steel stringers at the top of the structure, this staircase as a whole encapsulates how bespoke solutions can truly fulfil the perfect structure for a space.
